Maxwell is an Associate of the firm and he is actively involved in the firm’s litigation, robust corporate and commercial practice where he has gained tremendous experience advising clients on various compliance and regulatory requirements. He is a chartered accountant and a chartered tax practitioner of two prestigious professional bodies in Ghana.
His areas of interests include tax, corporate and commercial, immovable property, sports law, intellectual property, litigation, arbitration, debt recovery, trade and investments, labour and employment, family, insolvency, development finance, equity & succession. He has also participated in courses on insolvency, administration and business rescue organized by the Ghana Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Advisors. (GARIA).
His varied business and consulting experience has endowed him with a broad and holistic view of the business issues because of the unique distinction of having worked in all key areas of professional service delivery i.e., management consulting, taxation, trade and investments, corporate and commercial, private sector and public sector consulting.

Rachel Banitsi is an Associate of the firm and is involved in corporate, commercial, and general litigation practice. She advises clients on a wide range of legal matters, drafts and reviews commercial contracts, and represents clients in court with diligence and professionalism. She is known for her analytical skills, practical reasoning, and commitment to delivering results aligned with clients’ goals.Her areas of interest include commercial law, corporate law, family law, land law, debt recovery, intellectual property, labour and employment, and general civil practice. She also has a strong interest in the role of technology in modern legal service delivery.
Her experience includes drafting various contracts and other commercial agreements, as well as preparing conveyancing documents and related transactions. She provides strategic advice on both personal and business matters and has represented clients in various civil and commercial disputes, demonstrating strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
Rachel’s interest in technology led her to join the HACSA Tech for Girls program, where she gained practical skills in front-end development and strengthened her appreciation for innovation in legal practice. With his background and hands-on experience in the financial sector, Mario brings a wealth of insight into his practice of the law.
